Drumyuga – Standard Sound Pack License

Thank you for purchasing a Drumyuga sound pack. By buying, downloading, or using this pack, you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the sounds in your own music and audio projects.

2. Permitted Uses

• You may use the sounds in your personal and commercial tracks.

• You may release, distribute, perform, and monetize any finished tracks that include these sounds.

• You keep 100% of the royalties from your finished works.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the raw sounds (free or paid).

• Use the sounds to create competing sound packs, sample libraries, or similar products.

• Transfer this license to another person or entity.

4. Ownership

All sounds remain the property of Drumyuga. This license only grants you usage rights — it does not transfer ownership.

5. Termination

This license is valid for the lifetime of the purchaser. If you violate these terms, the license will be revoked without refund.

6. Liability

Drumyuga is not responsible for any damages, claims, or issues resulting from the use or misuse of the sounds, including illegal use.

7. Governing Law

This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thiruvananthapuram/Kerala.
